Personally, I'd avoid that hard drive and get one that uses CMR technology for storing files. But if you're on a tight budget, can see why you'd chosen it.
Also, if you're planning on going with an RTX 2060 or even a GTX 1660 Super with this build in the future, you'll want a higher wattage PSU.
